Very friendly Mr. Fotis, in charge of the restaurant.
Very expensive for its facilities. For the most part his staff was cold and indifferent. Lots of stairs and no lift, impossible to use for people with mobility issues. Lack of cleanliness of the rooms. A payment of 20 euros is required to use the safe, however the key we were given was not able to open the safe. When this was reported to the reception staff we got no response (nor a refund). Overall overrated hotel with poor facilities, will not return.
